Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct applies to every work submitted to OmniFam Network and to every Creator who submits work. It forms part of the Terms of Use.

1. Authenticity

1.1 All submitted works must be AI-created, as defined on the Submit page.

1.2 Titles, credits, formats and lengths, where provided, must be stated accurately.

2. Ownership and Rights

2.1 The Creator must have created and own the work, including its audio, lyrics, scripts and visual direction.

2.2 The Creator must hold commercial-use rights to any material produced with AI tools under the terms of those tools.

2.3 Works may not copy, sample or reproduce any third party’s protected material without authorization.

3. Real People and Likeness

3.1 Works may not impersonate any real person, artist or brand, or imitate a real artist’s voice or likeness without that person’s written consent.

3.2 Works may not depict real, identifiable persons in a false, defamatory or degrading manner.

4. Content Labels

4.1 Works containing explicit language must be labeled Explicit at submission.

4.2 Works containing mature themes, including violence, drug use or other strong subject matter, must be labeled Mature at submission. Sexually explicit material remains prohibited regardless of labeling.

4.3 Failure to label a work accurately constitutes a violation of this Code of Conduct. OmniFam Network may apply or correct labels at its discretion, which may delay the publication of the work, including any review timeframe associated with Priority Fast-Track.

5. Prohibited Content

5.1 The following content is prohibited on OmniFam Network:

• (a) sexually explicit material;
• (b) any sexual or exploitative content involving minors, under any circumstances;
• (c) content that promotes hatred, harassment or discrimination against any person or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or national origin;
• (d) content that promotes or incites real-world violence, terrorism or self-harm. Fictional depictions are permitted when labeled in accordance with Section 4;
• (e) fabricated news or footage presented as real events; and
• (f) content that promotes illegal activity.

6. Integrity of the Platform

6.1 Creators may not artificially inflate plays, rankings or completions by any means.

6.2 Creators may not submit duplicate works, spam or misleading information.

6.3 Creators shall conduct all communications with OmniFam Network and other creators respectfully.

7. Enforcement

7.1 OmniFam Network may decline or remove any work that violates this Code of Conduct.

7.2 Serious or repeated violations may result in the termination of the Creator’s membership, as provided in Section 8.5 of the Terms of Use.

7.3 To report a work believed to violate this Code of Conduct, email hello@omnifamnetwork.com with the title of the work, a link to it and a brief explanation.
