Terms of Use

By using OmniFam Network (“OmniFam,” “we”), including omnifamnetwork.com, or by submitting work to it, you agree to these terms.

1. What OmniFam is

OmniFam is a curated showcase for AI-created entertainment: music, music videos, animation, short films and feature movies. We present finished work; we are not a creation tool or a marketplace.

2. AI-created work only

OmniFam Network accepts AI-created work only, as defined on our Submit page.

3. You keep your rights

You keep 100% ownership of your work. When you submit, you grant OmniFam a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to stream, embed, showcase and promote your work and excerpts of it on omnifamnetwork.com and OmniFam’s official social channels. This is the same license described in the Legal Broadcast Shield on the submission form. It lasts until your work is removed from OmniFam.

Playlists. OmniFam may include your songs in playlists it curates, and listeners can add them to their own private playlists. Other creators can include your songs in the playlists they curate on OmniFam only if you allow it on the submission form or Update Your Studio; you can change that choice anytime. Playlists only ever contain work published on OmniFam, and work you remove drops out of every playlist.

4. Your promises when you submit

• You created the work and own it, including its audio, lyrics, scripts and visual direction.
• You hold commercial-use rights to anything made with AI tools under those tools’ terms.
• Your work does not copy anyone else’s protected work, and does not impersonate a real person, artist or brand.
• The information you give us (name, email, socials, images) is accurate and yours to share.

5. Curation

OmniFam is curated. We decide what is published, where it appears and for how long, and we may decline or remove any work at our discretion, including work that breaks these terms.

6. Removing your work

You can remove your own work from OmniFam at any time, for any reason, with no explanation needed. Sign in to Manage My Work with the email you submitted with and tap Remove; it comes off the site right away, and you can restore it there whenever you like.

To report work you believe infringes your rights or breaks these terms, email hello@omnifamnetwork.com with the title, a link and a short explanation.

7. Paid services

Priority Fast-Track review and Featured Premiere placement are paid curation and placement services. A Featured Premiere is booked by the week and is shown in a rotating carousel with up to two other premieres. If the week you want is full, we’ll offer the next open week or a full refund. Paying does not guarantee acceptance, a specific ranking, plays or results. Pricing and payment details are provided directly before you pay.

8. Rankings and play counts

The Top 5 and play counts are based on listening and viewing activity on OmniFam and are provided for discovery. We may adjust or reset counts to correct errors or remove manipulation, and curated picks may appear alongside them.

9. No warranties

OmniFam is provided “as is.” We don’t promise the site will always be available or error-free, and we are not responsible for third-party services we link to or embed, such as YouTube.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, OmniFam is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from submitting work to it.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use OmniFam means you accept the current version.

Privacy

What we collect

• Submissions and studio updates: your name or studio name, email, social handles, website, bio, images and the details and links you send about your work. We use these to review your work, set up your Creator Studio and contact you.
• Play counts: when a song or video plays long enough to count, your browser sends a play record with a random ID it creates. It contains no name, email or account. We use these records only to calculate play counts and the Top 5.

OmniFam has no listener accounts. Creators can sign in to Manage My Work with a one-time email link; there are no passwords. We don’t sell your information.

Services we use

• Netlify: hosts the site and receives form submissions and uploaded images.
• Supabase: stores anonymous play counts and the song files (MP3s) creators upload with a submission, and handles the one-time sign-in emails and removal lists for Manage My Work (it keeps the email you sign in with).
• YouTube: plays embedded videos. YouTube may collect information under its own privacy policy when you play a video.
• Google Fonts: provides the site’s typeface.

Stored on your device

Your browser keeps the random play ID mentioned above, and any playlists you make, which stay in that browser only and are never sent to us. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
